What We're Looking For
4+ years of professional experience as a SAP Consultant FI/CO
Experience with SAP ECC 6.0 and SAP S/4HANA
In-depth technical knowledge of the various FI/CO modules
You enjoy working in a support environment, where operational procedures, request priorities and SLA agreements are part of your daily activities
You are capable of providing quality operational solutions, responding proactively to complex problems, and being customer-oriented
You can work in a team and collaborate with other levels of support
Fluency in English (B2 and above)
You are ready to have working trips to Paris
Will be a plus
SAP certification for FI/CO modules
Knowledge of other SAP modules
Fluency in French (B2 and above)
What You'll Do
Providing level 3 and 4 support to users and identifying areas of improvement to make the SAP Core model more reliable
Collaborating with stakeholders (internal teams or partners) to ensure efficient resolution of SAP tickets
Participating in transformation projects: fit gap, audit, scoping studies, data migration, transformation
Managing and taking over ongoing projects and supervising the work of existing consultants
Participating in preliminary studies and developing technical and functional specifications
Participating in various projects/Builds around SAP FI/CO: integration, parameterization, testing, start-up preparation, acceptance, and post-start-up support
Advanced management of SAP FI/CO modules, resolution of incidents and complex requests: execution of functional processes not accessible to users, batch restart, definition of parameters, correction/extraction of data for specific needs, correction of replication errors between databases
Preventing production incidents by playing a proactive role and interacting with project governance to secure the group's solution and ensure reporting of activities under load
Analyzing trends and proposing improvements
Managing users, roles, and authorizations with FI/CO modules
Planning and implementing updates, patches, and optimizations for these modules
Maintaining an internal knowledge base with solutions and procedures, to support the L1
Participating in meetings and knowledge-sharing sessions with stakeholders
