  • Universal Platform for Critical Communications Integration

    This solution was designed to connect any IT infrastructure with a wide variety of telecom hardware — across industries like healthcare, industrial manufacturing, and public safety. It allows organizations to route alerts and technical signals from systems or sensors through predefined workflows, without requiring changes to their existing environments. Keeneo participated in extending and adapting the platform to allow integration with both modern and legacy technologies. The project involved developing backend modules, setting up connector logic, and refining event-handling algorithms to coordinate communication across diverse equipment.

  • NGN-Based Telecom Infrastructure Risk Management

    This project aimed to modernize a calculation platform used to assess service degradation risks due to telecom hardware failures across nationwide base stations. It simulates emergency scenarios and determines optimal equipment for replacement — especially in cases of vandalism, accidents, or natural disasters. Keeneo added NGN compatibility, expanded hardware models, and carried out major performance upgrades. The platform now completes critical calculations six times faster, easing the load on backend systems and accelerating operator decision-making.

It replaced an outdated tool and introduced new capabilities for identity control, profile management, and data integrity — covering multiple subscriber types. Keeneo handled full backend development, adapted the logic to fit diverse regional models, and connected various subsidiaries into a cohesive system. Message routing, service isolation, and cross-region access were key components of the build.
