Business purpose

The customer represents one of the first companies to have introduced online learning services to the general public, via a dedicated web platform. Over time, the graphical representation of the system became rather outdated, along with the need to design and integrate new functionality. The customer addressed Keeneo with the initiative to progressively redesign their branding and overhaul the technical realization of the existing solution.

Our solution

As part of the customer’s strategy to modernize their online learning platform, Keeneo team focused on advancing the user experience and visual design across key modules. We collaborated closely with the customer to redefine the platform's UX/UI, ensuring an intuitive and engaging interface for users.
We conducted detailed UX analysis and created wireframes that were validated through iterative feedback with the customer. Leveraging design-thinking principles and tools like Sketch and Figma, our graphic designer crafted visually appealing and functional interfaces tailored to the needs of both students and teachers. These designs were seamlessly aligned with the customer’s branding strategy and functional requirements.
In addition to our design work, we delivered a comprehensive specification document, detailing the functional requirements to guide the development phase (further also performed by Keeneo).
Our contributions included improving the usability and design of the Student Forum, which now features teacher-created FAQs and augmented interaction capabilities, and developing the Student Map from scratch, fostering local student communities while respecting user privacy. The customer continues to rely on us for ongoing feature design and implementation, reflecting their confidence in our expertise.
